Prevent Oxidation and Extend Shelf Life
Azorb offers a full line of the No-Ox Oxygen Absorbers. The main difference between the Obuster® and the No-Ox is geared towards industries seeking solutions that are free from lead, which disrupt their standard protocols and screenings.
Problems occur when some production lines require metal detecting, especially with food, so having lead-free ingredient makes the No-Ox the perfect solution.
Extend Shelf Life
No-Ox eliminate oxygen from the packaged environment and safeguard products from harmful effects like deterioration of food (including loss of flavor and taste), discoloration, rancidification of fats and oils, texture change, and nutritional loss. The No-Ox oxygen absorbers does not release harmful gases nor toxic elements, so it is safe to use in the food.

What are the different sizes?
Just like the O-Busters®, the No-Ox are rated by the number of cubic centimeters (cc) of Oxygen that they will absorb. Depending on the volume of space you’re trying to protect, there are many varying sizes ranging from 20 cc ‐ 200 cc.
Automate Your Production Line
If you’re planning to automate your production line, we have the spools that can be used in many different automated machines. Azorb’s product specialists are also available to answer questions and provide additional assistance in selecting the correct size and amount for your application.
What size do you recommend?
Please see the chart below provides a guide to assist in choosing the necessary size for your application.
Oxygen constitutes 20% of the void airspace within a contained environment.
All recommendations are based on average use during normal temperature
and humidity conditions.
Tightly packed = less than 10% void air space in container.
Loosely packed = 25% or more void air space in container.
